Every guarantee below is by design.
Encrypted from the field to your store
The link between field agent and platform runs over HTTPS from the moment of collection; every external destination's credentials are encrypted at rest, never stored or returned in the clear.
Isolated by default, dedicated on request
By default, your data is isolated from other clients at the application level, on shared infrastructure: never mixed, never visible outside your organization. Dedicated hosting, on a server and in the country of your choice, is available as an add-on for clients who need it.
No AI ever touches your responses
By design, no collected data is ever sent to an external artificial intelligence service.
You decide where it goes
Every external destination is your explicit choice, with an encrypted secret even we can't read back.
Your data stays as long as you decide it should
No automatic purge, no deadline that imposes itself: pseudonymizing identities and permanently deleting a campaign are always something you trigger, never a timer. Our recommendation: download the full archive first, then delete.
Every action, logged
Who did what, when: kept for 24 months, visible only to those with permission to see it. Nothing happens without a trace.
Offline collection, photos included
Answers, GPS position and media wait for reconnection to send. Nothing is lost for lack of network in the field.
Identities, protected by default
Names and contact details get pseudonymised when a campaign closes, or when exported to a third party: the counts stay right, the people are no longer identifiable.
A two-level review, never marking your own work
A supervisor validates their own team; a random draw of already-validated fiches then re-checks the review itself, never showing a supervisor the fiches drawn from their own approvals.
A questionnaire built at your own pace
Import an Excel workbook, a JSON schema, or build it online with a live preview. Handwritten signature, file attachments, sections, and combined skip logic (AND/OR): every question is fine-tuned, with no code.
Custom basemap (drone, aerial imagery, Mapbox)
Add your own drone or aerial imagery for a specific work area, or turn on a sharper Mapbox layer. The field agent sees it automatically on site, nothing to configure. Layer in your own GeoJSON zones (boundaries, risk areas) too, and the entities to survey as points or real parcels.
Live task assignment, with read receipt
Assign a specific task to a team member: they're notified the next time they connect, through a notice that stays on screen until they confirm reading it.
Opinion polls, votes, direct responses: one link is enough
One person, one link, one unique response: ideal for an opinion poll, a vote, or any collection without a field team. Send a personal link: everyone answers on their own account, no login or password, with built-in quota and duplicate protection.
